Through this initiative, we hope to empower Louisville nonprofits and help them achieve their most impactful work yet.

How it works

A well-designed and optimized website is crucial for nonprofits to succeed. It’s a powerful tool for communicating your cause, fundraising, gathering volunteers and more. Unfortunately, it’s also beyond the budgets of many smaller nonprofits.

Each year around the holidays, we select one Louisville-based nonprofit to win a website overhaul—at no cost to the nonprofit.

This includes design, development, copywriting, content entry, Google Analytics setup and free hosting for the site’s first year.

To be eligible, we have just four rules. Your organization must:

  • Be based in Jefferson County
  • Be actively improving the community in Louisville
  • Be in good standing with the Kentucky Secretary of State’s Office as a 501(c)3 organization
  • Demonstrate a financial need for web and marketing services to serve your cause

Terms & conditions

The following services will be awarded to the winner:

  • One website design and development overhaul. This includes copyrighting, content entry, digital strategy consulting, and Google Analytics setup by Mammoth Creative.
  • Up to four hours of photography services

All prize winners agree to:

  • Sign our Master Services Agreement contract and kick off the projects within one week of being selected as a winner.
  • Designate a single point of contact, allocate proper resources, and make timely decisions consistent with project schedules.
  • Pay additional fees for all services above the prize value, including new scope items and additional work requests.
  • Promote the results their organization receives from these prizes.
  • Pay the annual hosting and domain registration fee of $500/year after the first year.

For the website design and development from Mammoth Creative, the recipient will:

  • Complete the project in three months.
  • Assist in content and images for the site.
  • Agree to Mammoth Creative’s standard contract.
  • If you use third-party tools such as MailChimp, Give WP, etc., you are responsible for those fees.

To apply for Mammoth Cause, please complete the application form below by Friday, December 19, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The local nonprofit receiving a free website design and development overhaul will be announced on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Once selected, you can look forward to launching your brand-new website in three months.
