A dated digital front
Bright New Beginnings’ previous website was severely outdated, hindering its ability to serve its clients effectively.
Its design was unintuitive, key functionalities had broken, and the existing copy did not explain its unique value proposition.
Due to the sensitive nature of their work, we also faced the challenge of not being able to use images or even names of their clients on the site, so we had to come up with a creative approach to share their stories throughout the site.
