Kentucky Venues manages two of the most significant event spaces in the region: the Kentucky Exposition Center and the Kentucky International Convention Center.
These massive facilities host world-class events that define the state’s identity, from agricultural powerhouses to family-focused traditions.
We’ve partnered with them to help tell the ongoing story of their Kentucky State Fair and the National Farm Machinery Show.
The challenge
Capturing the “you had to be there” moments
For these two signature events, they wanted them to feel fresh, exciting, and urgent. They wanted video and photo assets to share on social media each day that encouraged viewers to buy tickets for the next day’s events.
The challenge is capturing “you had to be there moments” across a 1.2 million square foot footprint. Some events take place outside, others inside and others high up in the air.
The solution
High-octane coverage and content creation
To tackle events of this magnitude, Mammoth Creative Group used a team approach with dedicated photographer and videographers to cover the must-see events of each day.
Using professional-grade 4K cinema cameras, drones and 360-cameras and photography equipment, we ensured every tractor and prize-winning heifer looked its best.
These assets were used to promote the events through social media in real time, as well as creating a media library to pull from with future years’ marketing efforts.
