Our social media management packages bundle traditional social media management with monthly production sessions to ensure your brand always has up-to-date photos and videos to share with your followers.
Many social media managers use stock or low-quality images to cut corners. However, that decreases the effectiveness of their content strategy.
Mammoth Creative uses only professional photography and video production equipment to create high-quality content that converts. This includes cinema cameras, full-frame photography cameras, lighting, audio equipment and drones. Did we forget to mention that we’re also FAA-approved drone pilots?
The final edited photos and videos are delivered via Google Drive. Each client may repurpose any content we create for other business purposes.
Each month, we'll sit down with your organization to plan what content we want to post and when. We'll also schedule production times and create shot lists to ensure we get everything we need for that month's social media calendar. These meetings are 1–2 hours long and can take place virtually, at our office, or at yours.
On your production days, we'll come to your location and create engaging content. We'll bring photography and video equipment and base production times on what we put together during the previous strategy meeting.
After production sessions, we'll begin editing the photos, videos and social media content. All of our digital assets are stored in Google Drive for safe storage and easy access. We'll deliver all final assets to you in case you ever need them for other business purposes.

We are currently limiting our social media management service to companies and causes located in Louisville, KY.
This is to ensure each client receives regular production sessions at an affordable cost.
As this service line grows, we’ll expand it to organizations throughout the region.
No. Your organization may cancel at any time.
We ask that clients sign our standard Master Services Agreement, which establishes clear expectations between the parties, creates accountability, and ensures mutual understanding of the scope of work.
If, for some reason, you decide to cancel the monthly social media management service, you will remain the owner of all content created together. We will also keep the Google Drive folder live in case you decide to resume services at a later date.
Social media management is a collaborative process. Through our monthly strategy meetings, we create content ideas and shot lists together.
Mammoth Creative will write and edit each month’s content. We’ll send everything your way for approval before scheduling and posting the content on each channel.
We encourage creative collaboration with our clients. We can create any photo or video you can dream up.
Photos can be of your office space, products, team members and recent projects. If it’s in Louisville, we’ll capture it.
Videos are under 1 minute and can include customer testimonials, drone footage, video montages, or whatever you dream up.
Did we forget to mention that we’re FAA-certified drone pilots? The sky truly is the limit.
A half-day video/photo production can require up to 4 hours on-site. This includes any time for setting up and striking equipment.
Production sessions can be scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If unused, production sessions cannot be rolled over to the following month.
Mammoth Creative creates a Google Drive folder specifically for your organization. We’ll place all final content in this folder for you to review and download.
Photos will be delivered within 3–5 business days, and edited videos will be uploaded for review at least 48 hours before the content is scheduled to be posted to your social media channels.
We do not share raw photos and videos because they often contain errors, duplicates, and other issues.
You do. Mammoth Creative will manage storage of the final assets at no additional cost to your package.
If you decide to discontinue our social media management services, we’ll keep that folder active in case you resume service or use us for another service at a later date.
Mammoth Creative does retain the right to repurpose any content for promotional purposes. We do not share raw photos and videos, as they often contain errors, duplicates, and other issues.
Unused deliverables and production time do not roll over to the following month.
We’re based in Louisville, KY. It’s also important that we can meet with you regularly in person for strategy and production sessions.
If you’re outside Louisville and would still like to use us for these services, we will bill for travel costs at the IRS-suggested mileage rate.
