We prefer to handle image uploads, CMS updates, layout changes and other requests so we can ensure your site remains fast to load, accessible to users, and features perform as intended.

There are many different types of websites and content management systems. We generally help with WordPress websites built in Elementor since that’s the CMS and builder we use to build websites for our clients.
We maintain a catalog of tools we like to use because they are tested with our systems, stable, regularly updated, and have a network of other developers to help with issues as they arise.
We occasionally help with other websites, such as Squarespace, Shopify, Wix and more.
We’re happy to chat about your website, no matter how it’s built. If we determine that we’re not the best fit for your needs, we’ll recommend you to someone who may be a better fit.

If monthly requests exceed your package limit, we might consider upgrading to a higher-tier or custom package. We do not bill blind.
In general, we like to work on websites that we host. However, we do help with website support services for some sites we don’t host. We estimate work at $150/hour for for-profit clients and $100/hour for non-profit clients.
If you self-host your website, we’re happy to get started immediately. If your website is hosted through another digital marketing company, we’ll need written permission from them first.
We will provide an estimate for website support work exceeding four hours. The hours estimate may change as we learn more or the scope changes. We will let you know if we are close to running out or need additional hours. We do not bill blind.
