The challenge
A solo venture turned into a team operation
Perfectly Polley’s previous website primarily focused on Bekah Polley as the sole face of the organization.
While this was appropriate for the company’s early stages, it no longer accurately represented the firm’s significant growth and the collective, deep experience of its expanded team.
The site also needed crucial updates to its service offerings and overall messaging to fully convey the breadth and depth of Perfectly Polley’s offerings.
The solution
A team-centric design to empower future growth
Mammoth Creative Group addressed Perfectly Polley’s growing needs by completely overhauling its website so that it could better reflect the firm’s current status while helping drive future growth.
We shifted the messaging from focusing on Bekah Polley to showcasing the strength and expertise of the entire team. We also integrated the website’s forms with ConvertKit so they could begin building an email marketing list.
Lastly, we updated the team’s photography to show its culture and expertise as a done-for-you bookkeeping firm that acts as its clients’ business cheerleaders.
